The Psalmistry
1. What be my meaning? My purpose? My worth?
Why am I here on this earth?
If not to share that which I have to give.
Through caring and sharing I live.
Refrain:
So sing out your melody.
Sing out my soul!
May love be the path in which you go.
2. Some times are happy, and some times are sad.
Some times are good, some are bad.
I may not like them, but trials are there
to grow me, to teach me to care.
Refrain:
3. In this life's passage there's much to be learned.
Life is both given and earned.
Tis in life's fulness — in love, joy, despair —
In all things are things we can share.
So sing out your melody.
Sing out my soul!
May love be the path in which you go.
As you grow.
