HOW LONG, O LORD, WILL YOU FORSAKE ME? (PSALM 13)

1. How long, O Lord, will you forget me?
When will I see Your face again?
How long will troubled thoughts assail me?
How long will my heart be in pain?

2. How long, O Lord, will foes assault me?
Will they cry out in victory?
Lord, will death shut my eyes in darkness,
or will You shed hope's light on me?

Look on me and answer, O my God.
Give me light and hope: My Comfort Be!
Now my heart has joy, I trust in You.
I will sing for You are true to me.
